Earlier this Year I had a Jeep Specialist Company restore my 1981 Jeep CJ5. I originally bought from a junkyard when I was only 19. With a lot of help from a High School friend, we got her on the road on a shoestring budget. I have a ton of history with this vehicle, including the days of meeting and dating Wendy Halsey Moeller. It had not run in several years but those days are finally over. Here are some pics of us getting it home this weekend and Lexi getting to enjoy of convertible Jeep driving for the first time. Later pics show some of our earlier history. Looking at these pics makes me feel a bit older but also very blessed. This was a present for our 20th wedding anniversary!
